This family managed hotel and restaurant offered great food and friendly service. Despite our delayed flight, the hotel reception was understanding and prepared an amazing Bulgarian style “Shopaska” salad and mixed grill for us upon our late arrival. The breakfast service was personalized and made us feel special. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to key attractions and with easy access to transportation.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room was smaller than expected and lacked some basic amenities.

The hotel was nice, clean, and accommodating. The late arrival was handled well and they prepared a delicious Bulgarian-style meal for me. The service during breakfast was exceptional, making me feel valued and special.

We recently stayed at a family-run hotel that surpassed all expectations. the hotel was spotlessly clean with comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. the friendly staff went above and beyond to take care of us, even accommodating our late arrival with a delicious Bulgarian-style salad and mixed grill. the breakfast was amazing, and the service made us feel like VIP guests. the facilities offered everything we needed and the location was superb, with convenient access to nearby attractions and breathtaking views of the mountains.

The only downfall was not having a pool, but the hotel more than made up for it with their exceptional service and exquisite food.
